Growing up with a lot of stress in your life is like having a really tough time with your own health and nutrition.
The stress from having to attend school can lead to things like obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
You can get a whole lot worse.
A study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine found that those with the highest level of stress were more likely to die from chronic diseases and to have a higher rate of diabetes.
It also found that people with higher levels of stress also had higher rates of hypertension, heart disease, arthritis, depression and even cancer.
That’s why it’s important to talk to your family, friends and caregivers about what’s going on.
There’s a lot more to your health than just being stressed.
You have to understand that if you’re living in an environment that is not healthy, your body is going to have to adapt to get you through it.
